چکیده

This paper presents a low-noise inverter-based current-mode instrumentation amplifier with tunable gain and bandwidth for electromyogram (EMG) electrooculogram (EOG) biopotential signals, targeting low input noise while maintaining power consumption. The tuning method is based on pseudo-resistors, whereas the due to varactor system that controlled by same control voltage tunes gain. circuit was designed manufactured using 110 nm UMC CMOS technology node, occupying an area of 0.624 mm2. functioning mode each signal different characteristics, EMG 34.7 dB 1412 Hz measured, referred 1.407 μV which matches efficiency factor 1.44. EOG achieves 39.5 22.4 presenting input-referred 0.829 corresponding 6.37. For both modes, supply 1.2 V consumes 1 μA.

Design and Development of a Novel EOG Biopotential Amplifier

Electric potentials are generated across the Cornea and Retina of the eyes as a result of the movement of eyeballs within the conductive environment of the skull. This is referred to as the Cornea-Retinal Potential (CRP) and is the source of the Electrooculogram (EOG) signal. Since the occurrence of DC drifts and numerous artifacts along with power-line interference had made the EOG signal quit...

A New Ultra-Wideband Low Noise Amplifier With Continuous Gain Control

This paper presents a new variable gain low noise amplifier (VG-LNA) for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications. The proposed VG-LNA uses a common-source (CS) with a shunt-shunt active feedback as an input stage to realize input matching and partial noise cancelling. An output stage consists of a gain-boosted CS cascode and a gain control circuit that moves the high resonant frequency to higher freq...

A Dynamic Instrumentation Amplifier for Low-Power and Low-Noise Biopotential Acquisition

Abstract: A low-power and low-noise dynamic instrumentation amplifier (IA) for biopotential acquisition is presented. A dynamic IA that can reduce power consumption with a timely piecewise power-gating method, and noise level with an alternating input and chopper stabilization technique is fabricated with a 0.13-μm CMOS. Using the reconfigurable architecture of the IA, various combinations of t...

A low noise amplifier with improved linearity and high gain

In this paper presents a optimization of linearity of low noise amplifier by using post linearization techniques. in this technique we have used diode connected mosfet as IMD sinker also used interstage matching for gain enhancement and reducing the effect of nonlinearity in common gate stage of cascode amplifier, this has done by using UMC .18um CMOS Technology in cadence tool. We got gain 14d...
